This guide outlines the starting deliverables, boundaries and common exclusions for each package. The approved proposal is the final reference for scope, price and delivery dates.
How every project works
Written scope
Before work starts, the proposal records the goal, deliverables, exclusions, price, schedule and review process. A WhatsApp message starts the conversation but does not replace any formal agreement required for the project.
Payments
As a starting point, fixed-scope projects use a 50% deposit and 50% before final handover. Larger builds can be split into milestones. The proposal confirms the actual schedule.
Revisions
Packages include up to two review rounds on the agreed deliverables. New features, extra pages, screens, integrations or a change in direction require approval of additional cost and time.
Client materials
The client supplies copy, photos, brand assets, account access and feedback in a timely manner. Timelines start once the deposit and required materials are received.
Third-party costs
The published prices cover only the listed development scope. Domain registration and renewal, plus hosting/server, are not included. If needed, I can quote setup or procurement separately, subject to provider availability, terms, pricing, capacity needs and renewal costs. Domain and hosting are paid separately. Business email, premium licenses, API usage, payment fees, advertising and applicable taxes are also excluded unless the written proposal explicitly includes them.
Delivery and support
Delivery includes a final review of the agreed scope and handover of the agreed access or code after payment. Reproducible defects within the scope may be reported within 15 calendar days; new features, hosting issues and third-party outages are not defects under this period.

What each package includes
These are initial boundaries for a quote. Anything beyond them can be added with an updated price and timeline.
Landing page
$750,000 COP / US$ 250 fixed- One scrolling page with up to 6 sections.
- Responsive desktop, tablet and mobile layout.
- One simple form or WhatsApp contact buttons.
- Basic on-page SEO and two revision rounds.
- Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days after receiving all materials.
Excludes ecommerce, blog, member area, extensive copywriting, branding and custom integrations. Domain and hosting/server are not included.
Business website
$1,800,000 COP / US$ 600 fixed- Up to 5 agreed content pages.
- Responsive WordPress site and main navigation.
- One contact form or CTA and basic WhatsApp integration.
- Initial page titles, meta descriptions and SEO structure.
- Two revision rounds; estimated delivery: 3–5 weeks.
Excludes ecommerce, memberships, multilingual setup, full copywriting and complex migration. Domain and hosting/server are not included.
Online store
$2,800,000 COP / US$ 900 fixed- WooCommerce with up to 20 products supplied by the client.
- Categories, cart, checkout and one compatible payment gateway setup.
- Initial shipping and tax settings based on client instructions.
- Responsive design, purchase test and basic admin handover.
- Two revision rounds; estimated delivery: 4–6 weeks.
Excludes payment fees, premium licenses, product photography, ERP, bulk catalog loading and custom logistics integrations. Server and domain are separate.
Custom software / MVP
From $4,000,000 COP / US$ 1,250 fixed starting price- One defined module or limited MVP documented in a scope.
- Reference boundary: up to 3 main screens, one business workflow and one user type.
- Basic data model, validation and one simple external integration only if listed.
- Agreed repository, basic documentation and in-scope tests.
Not a fixed price for a complete platform. Multiple roles, mobile apps, billing, payment processing, migration, infrastructure and high availability are priced separately.
Automation & integrations
$1,200,000 COP / US$ 400 fixed- One clearly defined repetitive workflow.
- Connect up to two platforms or services using standard APIs or connectors.
- One main workflow, basic error handling and sample-data test.
- Usage notes and two revision rounds.
Excludes paid automation plans, API usage fees, WhatsApp Business API, paid AI and multiple or business-critical workflows.
Technical SEO starter
$450,000 COP / US$ 150 fixed- Initial technical review of one site with up to 10 indexable pages.
- Review titles, meta descriptions, headings, indexability and internal links.
- Prioritized report and agreed simple technical fixes.
No ranking guarantee, backlink building, recurring content, campaigns, international SEO or ongoing optimization.
Website maintenance
$250,000 COP / month / US$ 80 fixed per month- Up to 2 hours monthly for small content and configuration changes.
- Review compatible WordPress, theme and plugin updates.
- Basic health check and backup check where the host supports it.
- Support during agreed business hours.
Excludes new features, redesign, hack recovery, 24/7 support, licenses, hosting fees and unused hours carried forward.
